Own the frontend craft on premium client projects. You'll ship Next.js apps that hit 90+ Lighthouse, mentor mid-level engineers, and have a real say in technical direction.
What you'll do
- Lead frontend architecture for 1–2 client projects at a time
- Build with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind
- Pair with designers to ship pixel-perfect, accessible UI
- Mentor 2–3 mid-level engineers through code review and pairing
- Own performance budgets and Core Web Vitals
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production React applications
- Strong TypeScript, including advanced types and generics
- Deep experience with Next.js (App Router preferred)
- Comfortable with design systems and component-driven development
- Track record of mentoring or leading other engineers
Nice to have
- Experience with React Native
- Backend skills (Node.js, Postgres)
- Open-source contributions or technical writing
